Paw Navigator("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website at https://pawnavigator.com and our iOS mobile application.

Information we collect

What we collect depends on how you use Paw Navigator:

• Waitlist. Email address when you join the app launch waitlist on our website. Waitlist signups are stored on our server to notify you when the app is available.
• Contact. If you use our contact form, we email your message to our team at info@pawnavigator.com. We do not store contact form submissions in a database.
• Pet profiles. In the app, you may optionally save pet details such as name, species, weight, and related information. This data is stored on your device unless you choose a future sync or backup feature.
• Emergency flows. Answers you provide during guided flows and any incident summaries you generate are processed on your device. Core emergency flows work without an account.
• Location. If you use the emergency veterinary hospital finder (when available), we may request your approximate location to show nearby options. Location is used for that feature and is not sold or used for advertising.
• Usage and diagnostics. We may collect anonymized usage analytics and crash reports in the app to improve stability and understand which features are helpful. Our website currently does not use third-party analytics.
• Hosting logs. Our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested when you visit the website.

How we use information

• To provide educational emergency guidance and website content
• To notify waitlist subscribers about app launch and product updates

• To improve our services, fix bugs, and maintain security

Third-party services

We use service providers to operate Paw Navigator, such as website hosting and font delivery. When we add analytics or crash reporting tools to the app, those providers may process limited technical data on our behalf. We choose providers that help us operate the service; we do not sell your personal information to third parties for their marketing.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share pet health or profile data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Paw Navigator does not process payments and does not require an account to use core emergency flows in the app.

Your choices

You can decline to join the waitlist, skip creating a pet profile, or deny location permission in the app. To ask us to remove your waitlist email or request information about data we hold, contact us at the address below.
